Digital Camera

Date March 23rd, 2005

Laura and I couldn’t decide what to get her for her 21st (I’m useless at picking presents for her). We eventually came on the idea of a decent spec. digital camera, since we’re getting married in Florida in May.
So I took a chance and order one off of eBay. It was shipped from Hong Kong and everything went smoothly, including the seller providing a link to the FedEx site which gave parcel tracking information.
Anyway, the camera I plumped for is the Casio EX Z55. The nice man also included a 1Gb SD Memory card, and a screen protector into the bargain!
This is really the first decent digital camera either of us has owned, so I thought I would give it a whirl and try some shots out of my bedroom window.
The shots themselves were taken at 1600×1200, but the camera can shoot up to 2560×1920, and they are over 1Mb each, so a fast connection is recommended.

Up the High Street towards Arbroath Abbey
Down towards the High Street towards the harbour
Across town towards the cliffs
