Although I wasn’t too impressed by the fact that Microsoft are requesting that I send back the XBox 360 and the hard drive, even though we both know it’s only the HD is b0rked, I was very impressed today with their courier, DHL.
This morning, I received the box I was to return the above items in. In the box was the return label and a very badly photocopied instruction sheet which was almost unreadable. So I packed it all up, stuck on the new label, and got one of our receptionists to phone them back.
And they were promptly back in the apres-midi.
