January 19th, 2006 Returned home after work today to discover that my XBox had returned, allbeit being left with a neighbour. I opened the box, reattached the cabling and booted.
The hard drive seemed to be okay and the system booted fine. I created my profile and reset the date and time.
So I inserted the PGR3 disc and began playing. When I got to the parking garage section, a message came up and said the disc was unreadable.
Breathe. OK.
I ejected the disc and noticed a couple of small scratches so I have to go out and buy a disc cleaning kit.
Oh well, I’m sure we’ll get there one day.
