April 20th, 2006 Matthew Kerr, the long time owner and operator of Kerr’s Miniature Railway passed away yesterday after a short illness.
This will be a sore loss to the town of Arbroath; not only in terms of the larger than life personality ‘down at the front’, but also a powerful local voice for the people.
Jill and John, our thoughts are with you at this sad and difficult time.
