Why is it that, even though my Automatic Updates are turned on, Microsoft in their infinite wisdom decided that periodically my IE start page should be the Windows Update site?

I found this site tonight while I was surfin’. Looks to be sound good way to stop phishing websites and the like. I’m currently testing it at the moment regarding DNS look-up speed improvements. I’ll keep you posted.
