My parents asked me to help cut back their leylandii, so I decided to take up a bit more space in the blog and post some before and after shots. Although it did give me the opportunity to use our new Alligator lopper. <Insert apporpriate Tim Allen grunting noise here>

I came across this photo I took of Laura at work at Ladbrokes where they had a “Pirate-for-a-Day” theme for the Grand National. This picture appeared in our local paper, the Arbroath Herald and the Dundee Courier. No, I don’t know why either.

We collected a new addition to the Clark family yesterday, a beautiful grey rabbit which we have named ‘Misty’. This will be the first pet I’ve had, and I must say, I’m looking forward to the experience. We’ve taken a few photos and put them into a new gallery.

My brother Bryan sent me a photo of himself on the motorbike he is buying. He’s probably the smart one as far as petrol pricing and consumption is concerned.

I woke this morning to hear on the breakfast news that the Seaforth Hotel was ablaze. Laura and I went to the now annual, I believe, Seafront Spectacular and it was pretty good. A few interesting things went on, including Chinook and Sea-king helicopters, Tornado and Red Arrows displays, and various vehicle displays and exhibitions.
